    Hi,

Has anyone had trouble cancelling Premier Sports in here? i e-mailed them at the start of September and received an e-mail back confirming it, but i'm still being charged for it and it can still viewed.

Their boxing coverage has gone downhill and i'd rather give my money to boxnation.

don't they take their payments by direct debit from your account?

if so then cut them off at the source and cancel the direct debit at the bank.

theres a 3 month cancelation period.

  4. I just stopped my DD and never heard a peep from them, but that was a while ago now.

Most things have 30 days notice which is scandalous, three months is even worse. I had to threaten to cancel mine, my mums and my grandads mobile contracts with o2 because they kept sending me invoices for mobile broadband that I'd been trying to cancel. Eventually the penny dropped.

Just cancel the DD online via your bank. Who would take time to contact them ? lol.

That's like T-Mobile, Wrote a letter and sent it registered so they couldn't say they haven't received it. Letter back 2 weeks later asking for a call to confirm it's us. Call them and there saying no your contract ends in April. Ain't happening it's getting cut off in March.

    Slave contracts with them ****s...

I hate this sort of ****. The country needs to put a stop to it. Registration fees, cancellation periods etc

Got a mortgage and had to pay a grand for admin fees. Its all bollocks.

I like reputable companies. I buy my shirts from Charles Tyrwhitt and they say you can return them for 3 months no matter what. If you are unhappy, you can return the shirt no questions asked. I've done it before. They also sent me £20 voucher for xmas. Because they are reputable, they've had my custom for the last 2 years.

I just wish more companies would cut the **** and stop screwing paying customers over so much.

I ot an expensive jacket out the catalogue not long ago, after 2 months the zip broke and the buttons fell off. After several angry phonecalls, an e-mail and a threat to never order from them again, they eventually gave me a refund as it was a "faulty item". Trying to cancel aything or get a refund in this day and age is a nightmare. Lovefilm are other *******s for it, they were charging me for months even tho i never rented anything and told them i was cancelling several times.
