Prescott needs to go in with good opposition to be tested. I mean on this form and on Khans last fight, any genuine lightweight who is puncher with decent technique and an above average chin would have a good chance to KO Khan.
Reminds me a bit of Tito but his punches are a bit loopy and he needs a better jab. His power is damn great.
Prescott is a contender and should fight either Romanov or A. Peterson with the winner getting a world title shot.
