And Khan has shown that he could eat cupcakes ... I'm 100% positive that Khan can and will get knocked out against Marco Maidana should that fight ever pop off.

Khan didn't show me anything special ... it was a reason why there hasn't been much buzz about Salita and that he's been through more promoters than Arreola has been through taquitos ...

I should've posted this before ... but I don't put much stock in fighters coming out of NY ... I like Malignaggi but he's not top notch. Judah, Starks, Powell, Briggs, Salita ... it goes on ... and i'm talking about NY natives or guys who began their boxing careers in NY...

This is the great Prescott that Valero supposedly ducked :rofl

Valero would put his lights out with a counter right hook or straight left in quick fashion. This guy makes Margarito look like a tight and technical puncher by comparison.

Prescott has been exposed as a one handed fighter ... he doesn't have anything outside of the left hook.

Khan will get knocked out by valero... he's not even the top 10 among light welterweights in the world.

    Alexander would beat him
    Maidana would beat him
    Ortiz would beat him
    and Bradley would kill him
    so would Peterson ...

shaky chin ... and suspect ability !!

I agree with you about NY fighters a bit, hoping something good comes out of there. But I think Khan is a better fighter than Ortiz and beats either Ortiz or Maidana should they face up. Khans number one problem in the past was his recklessness. This seems to have been cleared a bit with Roach in his corner. So long as Khan remains professional in his fights he should do good. I think the calibre of fighters he's going to face as a world champ will let him know that he can't take anyone lightly anymore.

He has no chin, he was rocked off a jab, and he lost to a guy that he was supposed to showcase his skills against.

True but I don't think he had anyone to show him direction then. He wasn't growing, was getting paid insanely high and thinking too highly of himself. He had world class skills but no one to show him what to do with them.

  12. Roach don't want nothing to do with Maidana; I guarantee it. Hell, they wouldn't want anything to do with Holt. I guarantee they go after Hatton.

Maidana isn't anything special. He was soundly out-boxed by Kotelnik.
