Mitchell was supposed to fight Martinez for the wbo super feather belt what happens did Mitchel go up or this is just a fight for the money.
It was a good first fight at 140lbs for an unproven fighter like Mitchell. It went pretty much as I expected, but it can always go wrong when you're moving up, even against a tremendously limited operator like Prescott.
stop hatin, he jumped up in weight and schooled a guy who knocked out the lww champ in a minute. prescott is limited, but mitchell still had to execute which he did perfectly so give him credit dik
Mitchell is at this weight for good now. I think Luke was a little unfair to say Mitchell has no power. Its a bit like saying Haye has no power for not KO'ing Valuev. A thorough, professional performance with Mitchell the clear winner. A funny wind up thread this.
The fight was a lot closer than the commentators and judges made it to be. Jim Watt was talking ****, again. But I think Mitchell won clear enough.
Mitchell won this clearly and took some good shots from Prescott. Amazed by some of the posts on here about the fight - what were you watching you nutters! Also this was at lightweight ffs not 140lbs....
cant believe u lot, all saying kev will only win if he boxes smart. he boxed the absolute master game plan to a tee against a hard hitter, top man kev.......
I think it was a little closer than the cards and especially the announcers would have had you believe. It got bad enough that I turned the sound off. Mitchell won handily either way.
