My perceptions: he had an atg chin proving taking those left hooks from Tua, clever use of the left hand, he blitzed Chris with a hybrid of a hook and an uppercut. He never ever looked hurt. Also his body punching you could hear the crunching from the audio speakers. Not to mention great great stamina. Perhaps over time mental health becomes more and more acceptable. Ike could possibly have did better with modern day medicine, and some of his colleagues, he coulda talked to somebody. But hey, what's done is done son and it can't be undone.

The truth is. No one knows how he'd have done.

Boxers from that part of the world (africa) almost always fail in boxing. Or they have extremely short reigns. Its the worst continent at boxing by far. Hence why not one single black african has ever won olympic gold in boxing. Not a single one!

One things for sure theres no way in a million years would he have been able to.. physically and mentally have had the capability to have an extraordinary long reign at the top the way the great Wladimir Klitschko did :)

I was ridiculed when I predicted Ike would beat Tua. He was touted as the next Tyson. PLUS I was ringside at Ike / Byrd & no way was Ike behind in that fight. That left hook nearly decapitated Byrd lol

Sure. And people were saying Efe Ajagba was the future of the division.lol

Wlad won olympic gold aged 20 when Ike was in crappy low level golden gloves competitions.

Wlad and his bro dominated an entire era. He actually did it. No 'ifs' no excuses.

All this Ike 'Shouldve wouldve couldve if but maybe' Ibeabuchi if this wouldve that is pointless.in reality most prospects fail, Hed have likely failed to have lived up to the hype

Mad that Ike was meant to be on a Pacquiao undercard a few years back until ICE put a stop to it
