It seems like I am lacking in that department. wher does it come from? From inside? I look at guys like B-hop or mayweather and am amazed how dedicated these guys are. Any tips?

^^^ uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum he doesn't have an avatar? but what does that do w/ nething?

tips: get on a schedule and keep at it for a while, then when u don't do it, u will feel really werid. like i started workn out every other day in the morning non stop for over a month, now when i DON'T work out, it just feels really weird. so try to get something like that where it will actually turn habitual.

try to listen to music that might get u in the mood, get enough sleep, stay around positive ppl who support u, KEEP UR EYE ON THE PRIZE

    Well his name smart arse.
The main reason i manage drag my arse to training every night after a twelve hour shift is my love for boxing, i just love to train, Also though i feel i've earned my weekend after a hard weeks training.

I think the key is to have fun in what your doing, if your not having any fun I dont think you will want to push harder I dont think you will attempt to test yourself in other areas, if your not in love with what your doing then its probably not for you.
you just have to have that desire to want it, Boxing is so much easier for those who have that desire skilled or un skilled if they want it bad enough they can and usally do go far.

Its a hard sport, youve got to be hard. I trained today with an extremely sore right arm tendon (never mind how), now Im not stupid I only worked the left. I'll also make the 10 mile bike ride to and from the gym when I cant get a ride.

Youve got to want it, the worse you want it the better. Nobody can tell you how to have more discipline, just do it, wake up and say 100 times "just do it". Hopefully saying it will help, it helps me when Im dreading something, like a really hard conditioning routine.

And yeah, youve got to have fun doing it. Whenever you feel like your getting bored just do what you like for a while.
