How many do you guys do and how often, I find it the most boring part of training. What bit of training do you guys hate the most???

I do vary what I do but I find that at some point you have to do sit ups and press ups I find they are some of the easiest exercises to perform when I can't access the gym. I was just wondering what part of your routine you don't enjoy too much but know you have to do it. I am sure you don't enjoy absolutley all of your training???

Before this last surgery, I was doing 1000 pushups every other day. In between days I was doing about 45 minutes of abs work. I don't find it boring at all.

Push ups are my favorite workout actually. I also change it up, I'll do X number of military style, diamonds (heart to heart), wides, etc.

Anything that involves leg workouts I hate. Especially squats, I HATE squats.

I do this as a finisher: 10pullups 30pushups 60squats repeat 3 times (depending on what kinda pullups, pushups and squats i do). I dont touch weights for half a year already and never felt this strong and explosive. On my non boxing days im learning some harder calisthenics along with running etc. I might do some hybrid muscles workout from time time for real strenght and thats it

I hate them, very boring ****.

I only do them when forced by the instructors.
