I don’t condone domestic abuse or men beating up women that is to be frowned upon. My point however is Floyd was never found guilty of doing so. With Josie he pled no contest on the plea bargain which also indicates the DA was not confident in getting a conviction on the available evidence. Remember no picture evidence etc.

Would not be a good idea to put Floyd or any professional boxer in a cell with big Leroy because big Leroy would try his luck and without a referee big Leroy loses big by homicide.

Wasnt found guilty ?? ROFL He he was sentenced to spend time in jail so he must have been found guilty They in other words Let him get away with it.
You reckon Floyd would beat big Leroy ??? lol Heck my friend Antonio made Floyd **** himself in fear by just walking up to him & politely asking "Why wont you fight me" ????. That is my one regret in the sport Tony never got to get Floyd in the ring. Just imagine floyd seeing Tony across the ring banging his gloves together waiting for the opening bell ? He'd have had a coronary lol

That fight should have happened in November of 2006.

    Could have gone either way.

We'll never know for sure will we. One thing I do know for sure Floyd wasnt convinced he could live with Tony even with NSAC & Vegas officials backing him to the hilt

Margarito was easy work for Floyd. Margarito eliminated himself by losing to the stronger, faster and better Mosley who Floyd beat up.

Means you don't want to go to trial with an admission of guilt:deal: most people plead no contest when they don't want a trial and want it over and done with. He didn't admit guilt those are 2 different things. Him pleading no contest doesn't mean he was innocent or guilty.

 Most people do that when they are guilty of the crime, but not going to admit to it.

Don't be so naive. IF Floyd did nothing, he could have gotten himself off the charges. He went to jail for ****'s sake!!!

Yes a trial is is long and emotional and expensive. You then have to deal with putting your children on the stand and his baby momma and you can still be found guilty in the end. It's simply not worth it, for the ammount of jail time he was facing. I would have done the same thing rather than put my kids through that. I know this because one of my boys had a problem with his family members and instead of going through with a trial he plead no contest because of the emotional toll it was going to do to everyone involved and he was innocent. He spent 3 weeks in jail and got out because of over crowding but was sentenced to 90 days.
