More ringside scribes had it for Pea than they did for DLH. I've seen more scribes and media people say that Pea won but I don't know of all that many that have commented on the fight, so I don't have a massive base for thinking that more scribes OVERALL thought Pea won, even though from the evidence I've seen it would tend to suggest that. We did a poll with over 100 people in here about a year ago and more had it for Pea than DLH.

I think if we include those that had a crush on Oscar in the general public, then it would indeed be bull**** that most scored Whitaker over DLH.

 

Disagree here, I have it 7 rounds to 4 with 1 even (point deduction against whitaker for headlocking and punching ala Nelson) :good

 

FYI I scored the bout 7 rounds to 5 Sweet Pea.

 

Laugh all you want. You're a nut hugging Whitaker dork. I had DLH by a point or two. I do think some of the scores were a little more lopsided than they should be but the judges had the correct winner.

 

You're the guy claiming Whitaker lost according to all scribes to Buddy McGirt, which is ludicrous to say the least. You're the only one who even brings this fight up.

And as SS just said, most on here seem to think Whitaker did win against DLH, and at least half of the scribes.
