    Floyd by destruction.

Naz was only a bantamweight that couldn't be arsed getting down to his proper weight, so he fought at feather. His freaky power allowed him to get away with it, in combination with his reflexes.

If Barrera beat Hamed from pillar to post, what do you think Mayweather would do?

Hamed was all power and reflexes and speed. He could never live with Mayweather's speed in return or technical skills. He'd barely land a punch all-night. And 130 was Mayweather's best weight, he's strong at the weight and had very solid power down at super-feather.

    Mayweather.

    Bigger, and more importantly, better.

In all fairness though the Barrera that beat Naz would most probably spunk all over Floyd as well

If you're talking about 130 or a catchweight of say 128, Mayweather by lethal destruction. Hamed's unorthodox stance and form altogether confused almost everyone he ever fought. However, he left himself open a lot when he'd lunge in, and Mayweather is a great counterpuncher at any weight.... I see Mayweather TKO'ing him inside 9 or 10 rds.....
