If so, I will root for Mayweather for the first, and probably last, time in my life.

Khan hasn't had a chance to prove his PPV worth in a superfight though. Those numbers on facebook/twitter etc translate into $$$

I reckon a Mayweather-Khan or a Pacquiao-Khan fight would be bigger than either of those guys against a past it Cotto.

No, he is not the 3rd biggest draw in boxing at all. The excuse of, 'he hasn't had his chance to show it on PPV's' is a horrible one.

IF he was ready for PPV's, IF GBP's thought he was ready for PPV's...he would be on PPV's selling more than Cotto. But he is not.

Cotto, Mayweather and Pacquiao are all clearly ahead of Khan in terms of draw in world boxing...and like someone mentioned, so are the Klitschko's. You could even argue that Haye generated more of a draw for his bout with Wlad than Khan has yet to prove.

Social network followers means virtually nothing in comparison to PPV sales.

A fight vs. Khan (or Peterson) should ONLY happen if they move to 147 and win a meaningful fight. Of course, 147 is pretty thin right now, so unlikley that happens.
