Pretty much unknown British prospects?

    Might have been done to death:conf but which young British prospects are you expecting big things from?

    Not talking about the big promoters guys such as Yafai, Martin J Ward, Ryder, Mitchell Smith, Jazza etc, but those who haven't necessarily been spotted yet nationally as prospects.

    Jordan Gill for example

    tbh never actually seen him box live, but comes from the same town as my uncle who says he is promising, and already has developed a decent following.

    Not young, old actually but Neil Perkins is a good prospect, won a bronze in the worlds in 2005 I think.

    Shafiq Asif 20 years of age from Middlesborough. 6-0 (1 Stoppage). Don't think he's lost a round yet, Not faced anyone with a winning record yet but he's talented. Boxed well, Decent AM background and he sells tickets which is a big factor..

    Sounds a decent one mate, just looked at his boxrec record and see that he fought on one of those steve wraith newcastle cards back in september, which is my neck of the woods, so may keep on eye on this kid. What's 'Chubzy' about? :lol:

    This would have been a prime example before PF, most will know of him now. Was hoping to jump on the bandwagon and follow a kids career before they gained national exposure. Same with Chad Gaynor, although i will be keeping an eye out for him as well - and will purchase that coldwell event on feb 22

    perkins was a commonwealth games bronze medalist as well. Andy Colquhoun 5 0, is a good prospect, good pro style can bang a bit as well, John quigley 7 0 is another good scouse prospect at s feather. I also fancy nathan brough 9 0 to do well he was out with injuries for a couple years but is a classy fighter and if he can stay injury free he can go on to big things.

    Tyrone Nurse is pretty ****in slick. Textbook boxer though he seems to have a distinct lack of power which will probably hinder him the higher up he goes. He's talented though, I find it strange he's hardly ever talked about.

    he just beat my cusion for the english title in a top quality fight both were undeafted ( which hardly ever happens) and both lads really wanted it both lads super fit and skillful. i know he gets some good sparring sykes ward mcdonnel hall so he will improve aswell only 22 years old. josh and his trainer top lads and we hoping for a rematch soon

    Jordan Gill comes from the same neck of the woods as my boss they all wanted to back him for titles and what not, only watched some amateur bouts on youtube

    super middle fighter grant cunningham nice slick boxer 7-0 dont think he dropped a round yet from staffordshire defo one to keep an eye on. fought ryan clark on boxnation wolvo enzo v mcphilbin undercard

    Chris Jenkins from south west Wales. Good amateur and looked good so far as pro. Needs a step up in opposition soon.
