Pretty sure if GGG would beat Ward, haters would say Ward was a fraud

these crazy/drastic opinions stem from low self esteemed people who need a boost after their hero fell short in defeating the almighty villian...they need a new hero...its pretty pathetic

i know i seem a little much at time...but the way i see it...you have to fight fire with fire sometimes

and that was my point the whole time....ward/ggg is the type of fight everyone should want to see

Ya, I understand what you mean. I hate that my username doesn't lend me much credibility when giving my opinion on the 154-168 weight classes but I like to look at things objectively.

Golovkin is fun to watch and is easy to root for, in my opinion, but he still has lots to prove and Andre Ward is the clear favorite in that match up. He could easily win 10 rounds to 2 vs GGG and I wouldn't be shocked at all.

 

between floyd, cotto, canelo, ward and ggg....theres only 1 guy who really needs to prove anything....and i think we all know/can agree who that is

i like ggg...i really do.....he is fun to watch and easy to root for no question.....and ya he has to prove something to us.....i agree ward would be the favorite and could see ward dominating too.....but i wouldnt hate on ggg for it......and ggg could still recover and hit up the mw division.....i personally think his team doesnt think his image will remain if he were to lose to ward.....

Too many drama queens pushing an agenda around here. Seems to be getting worse lately.

 

I've been around here since 2006 and I agree. Hopefully we can all calm it down a bit and think/write logically.

 

After Floyd and Hopkins retire, their fans will jump on Ward's ship.

 

I definitely don't think that's true. Only a very small minority would say that. Ward is one of the best in the world and not many people are going to question that, maybe they would say he's out of prime.

 

Floyd fans will have to withstand background and credit checks to be allowed to board the Ward battlewagon.

Hopkins fans are grandfathered in and will be welcomed at the gangway with good bourbon, neat, a fanfare from Tower Of Power and their choice of Raiderettes.

Ward would toy with GGG. He would Mayweather his Pacquiao for 12 rounds in a dull fight. Having said that, he's too much of a pu$$y to drop a few pounds and take the fight when he's the Z-side. Look for Ward to avoid the 2 biggest fights either side of his weight division and try to fight Chad Dawson again.
