Pretty sure if GGG wouldn't compete @ 160, this division would be HOT as HELL!

The HW division becoming strong again is exactly why Klitschko was knocked off his throne- not the other way around.

No Klitschko reaching 40 and slowing down making the division seem strong. Where was Lewis, Tyson or even Ali at wlads age? Retired, sick and geriatric is where they were. Of course wlad was going to lose when father time caught up with him, had nothing to do with the division getting stronger. Fury was just a punching bag for wlad in sparring in wlads prime and so was wilder. Now that wlad is old his former punching bags can make a name for themselves.

 

Wlad never sparred Fury and would have lost badly to him no matter what age he was.
Tyson wasn't beating no.1 contenders like Wlad was. Wlads best wins came directly before Fury.
He gold toppled the minute the division got better.

remember fat old out of shape Lewis was 37 years old when he fought Vitali while Wladimir was 39 when he fought Fury

 

Klitscho didn't look too good in his youth against Brewster and sanders either.

It would be hot as hell in that there would be potential for a lot of competitive fights at the top of it.

But talent wise it be middling.

 

quillin just got one round stopped against jacobs. mora looked like he could have beaten jacobs before he blew out his leg. jacobs at his best had nothing to offer pirog

mosely got a draw in a very close fight against a prime mora.

these are the two best guys at 160 bar ggg. the division is dire.
