If Manny fights like Hatton, he'll smother his own punches. Just like Hatton did. That's the problem with fighting Mayweather, it's tough to stay in good range for your punches. Smother him and it affects your own punches, stay outside and he counters you.

Greatness is subjective. However, JLC has much better actual boxing skills. He feints and counters well, has a great jab, excellent footwork and can punch with either hand. Pac jumps in with his punches, has no jab, spotty footwork, takes punishment.

Im pretty sure that freddy roach has an excellent game plan against mayweather. With the durability, spead, activity and angle in his punches, i believe that this is a 50/50 fight. I know floyd will also have excellent plan. It just a matter of whom will perfectly adjust in-game.

Pac is not an intelligent pressure fighter???? BS!!. Fact that he consistently wore out all his opponents while taking insignificant damage, proved it was intelligent fighting. Being hit, while in the process of an attack doesnt automatically equate to "not thinking", It only shows that Pac can take your punches and he will be eyeing for that KO.

I dunno, he looked pretty beat up after the Cotto fight, particularly for a guy who was in control from round 2 on. Busted eardrum, black eyes, ****ed up hands. That's more damage than you would expect given the one sided nature of the fight.

Seriously are you saying Pac doesn't go to the body? Cause MAB thinks that the body attack is what really bothers him in his Pac fights. I actually laugh when it turned out Pac was the better body puncher than Cotto.

And yes, jab is a very effective tool, but for this fight Pac cannot win in a jabfest. Mayweather has longer reach. One thing Manny does effectively is feighting, the stutter step you can see in basketball. He does it effectively that he could compensate the lack of jab with the element of surprise.

The thing that really worries me is the reach disadvantage. Pac has already fought someone with the same reach in Morales, and he has his hardest time with him. Good stinging jab and excellent right hand. FMJ does all that with better handspeed, footspead and and ring IQ. This is like going against your anti-thesis.

Pac is a great fighter all in all he really is...but i don't know if he's the smartest and like Floyd tells every fighter he faces your trainer can not fight for you with that said.

I see a lot of people talking about Manny pressuring Floyd and Floyd backing up and countering....no won't be the case in this fight I promise...Floyd is going to chase Manny all night he's going to force Manny to fight...and when he does that's when he'll make Manny pay for his mistakes...Manny Pac cannot fight going backwards point blank period and it's not something he can just learn when the pressure is on his ass for a change he will fold.

For those who have really followed Floyd Mayweather's career would have to agree he's one of the smartest and adaptable fighter's ever so however Manny brings it he's going to have to bring it in away he's never been able to bring it before and that's off his back foot.

See Mayweather vs. Judah...the thing about this fight is Floyd learned from it so he's already prepared for Manny truth be told.

    42-0 after this one fella's

Floyd will be too fast. He'll be able to avoid 2-3 of Pac's 5-8 punch combo.:D

You are a ****ing clown! Greatness is subjective to a certain extent but you can also measure greatness by comparing and contrasting a group of boxers ring accomplishments, talent and ability.

You confuse "Boxing skills" as only a classic boxer style when boxing styles vary! THere are sluggers, boxers, boxer/punchers, brawlers, slick, crafty, defensive and other kinds of styles that are proven to work for the right kind of fighter. Pac's unorthodox, highly skilled and works with extrordinary talent and ability. You really haven't a clue about this sport brah.:rofl

You can always bet your house on it and learn it the hard way.
