A prime Williams would no doubt beat Price IMO. ( He was certainly one of the better british HW )
Agree with most of ya post though.

This is what I don't get. Lots here love to attach the word "exciting" to Haye. Bringing excitement back etc etc. But it's been quite some time and another division since we've seen any excitement from Haye.

Fury, although inferior, is a far more exciting heavyweight.

If Chisora loses to Haye I could see ****** serving him up to Price in theory, but whether politics between Sky and Boxnation would allow this to happen is another matter.

If Haye loses to Chisora, then I think he'll retire for good. He would fight Price if the money was good enough but if he lost to Chisora it wouldn't be anymore.

As good as he looks, and as interested as I'd be, if I were managing him, I'd consider it a big mistake. Friday Ahunanya would be the type of guy I'd try to get him next, at this stage. A man to extend him (no homo).

He definately needs more of a challenge, he's probably good enough for Chisora but i'd take a few more learning fights first but they need to be improved opposition.

I was talking to a guy who's been around Price and he said when he first turned pro he wasn't as bulked up as he is now he looks a lot stronger. He's looking the goods but when someone stands up to his power and gives back then we can see what he's really made of. I think Chisora would cause him issues with his style but as Ice said Dereck's relying on that chin and in round 1 Helenius buzzed him so i could see Price breaking him down but Chisora would have moments of success and i can't predict how Price would see those moments out. Haye would stop Price IMO after midway point. Price is tall like Wlad but he's a bit more stiff and backs up in straight lines and Haye i think would start to break him down with the power and stop him in 7th/8th round. Price still has parts of game he needs to work on and Haye is a world class fighter it's a big jump in levels.

I'd think the loser of Haye-Chisora will take a soft touch after this fight.
