Honestly what ******** goes aggressive against a guy who beat him before.......because price was being aggressive?

    And his stamina.....WHAT THE ****!

Retire. Just retire. For the good of humanity.

Thousands of shittier boxers. It's his choice if he wants to give this another run knowing the implications. Improvements must be made. Unlikely he will climb too far past domestic level.

You know Price has been living as a fulltime boxer for 4 years with all the training costs and all that. Depending on his contract he might owe money to Maloney and his backers...so no, he aint for the good of humanity ****ing retiring. Prizefighter maybe?

He needs to go away work on his athleticism and stamina, try another couple of fights and if it don't look good the game is up. I'm not sure if he has the mentality to be a heavyweight champ. Lot of trash talk by Americans on here but everyone i know was skeptical about Price before the first fight. We all know Fury is getting KOd sometime soon as well. But there is no shame in wanting your home fighters to do well, not sure why people ridicule that.

If Haye mans up he has a chance against Wlad or Vitali, big if though. Still he KOs Fury all day first big shot.

If David Price can't get pass Tony Thompson a guy that's in the twilight on his career he should just give it up. I think at this rate any top HW would probably beat Price since Price doesn't have no stamina and his footwork is horrible. I think the the problem with his is he is just not a person that is blessed with athleticism and his height doesn't help either. He will probably go back to the drawing board and take a couple of tune of fights but right now his stock has drop big time.

You have to be a blind fanboy, and a dumb one at that, to have seriously favored Price in this rematch. That or you woke up from a coma and wasn't aware of the first fights' happening.

Hahah, and most Brits did... Oh, it must suck to be a nationalistic British boxing fan.

I feel Price should have talked to the press too. He was in a fit state too, and despite being emotionally devastated out of respect for Thompson and the fans it should be his duty.

What if Tony Thompson literally was the second best HW of the generation only behind Wladimir? He's not, but it'd be funny if he goes on to become one of the best "near 40 and plus'ers ever."

This is his life. This is how he earns income. It's his choice. Who the **** are you to even utter such garbage? What because he lost he has to retire? FOH! Shane lost to Forrest twice. Sometimes a guy has your number.

If all boxers that lose twice would retire then there'd be a whole lot fewer active boxers around. Price stepped up to the plate, who knows maybe in 5-7 years he'll be relevant again, maybe not, stranger things have happened.

    Tells its own story.

David Price regardless of his age IS a new guy to the professional ranks.

3-5 years from now he could be World Champion.

Putting him in the ring with a guy out of his league was an error of judgement.
The British hype machine thought he'd knock out everybody all the way to the crown.
    It doesn't work like that.

First and foremost he needs to learn how to conserve his energy. To become a professional fighter.

Tonight to me he proved he can take punches.
He just lost the energy to fight back.

Wake up man. He was drugged. He was tired after 2 rounds. No way that happens after how hard he trained.

'Ilikeboxing' Yes he proved he can take punches without going over, but he needs to learn how to grab, counter, kill time and get out of those awkward situations stuck on the ropes taking the shots, or he's never going anywhere.
Can't blame that just on stamina too, lack of heart - he needed to hug and buy some time, try to rebuild.
