Battle of the Daves. Turning out to be a really nice card, Hopefully Chisora-Parker gets added as well. How does this one go down?
Great match up. I think Allen survives an early onslaught and then stops him when Price gasses. I don’t think Price has the firepower to get him out of there, Allen’s chin is the best out there and he won’t give in.
Cracking fight. Think Allen will take this but there is a limit how much punishment his chin can absorb and I expect Price to land heavy shots for the first 3-4 rounds. Although there's of course always the chance that Price gets laid out very early in the fight too.
Allen wins, far better than Kash Ali, who only needed 1 more round before pricey would have collapsed.
Allen for me. All Allen has to do is move for a change and make Pricey work a bit. Then he's there for the taking mid rounds.
Who needs Parker and Chisora when you got this cracking matchup. The ferocious plumber Price will put out a brutal knockout over Allen. And then challenge Joshua next year. Hopefully he repeats what did in sparring to that big stiff bodybuilder.
