Shocking fight until Allen inevitably stops an exhausted Price by round 7 or so.

 

Price will get stopped because after 4 rounds he'll be absolutely done. The Allen hype train will continue, he'll break the internet, and then someone with something about them will totally derail it.

It was nice to see Allen win but he didn't look particularly great up until the KO, he didn't look like he was in that great a shape either, just looked like a stocky northerner, and I think that showed in the way he was moving. Beautiful shot to finish it though. Dubois, Joyce, Gorman, Hughie and Chisora almost certainly all beat him. If he goes a level up and goes in against Whyte again, Parker, Povetkin, Ortiz, even Yoka again, he loses, probably badly too ie. KO or being made to look like a f**king idiot, which he is, but he's a quite likeable f**king idiot.

 

Allen has the one punch knock out power to stop Price. He also has the defence, heart and stamina to take whatever Price has and last long enough for Price to collapse in exhaustion.

Allen to win via TKO in about 6 rounds in this one for me.

Price is absolutely a shell of his former self, and his former self was seriously flawed...

 

Allen survives a few rounds before Price gases and gets knocked out.

 

Price is Liverpool level at this point and Allen is British level aka World level, you do the math.

Price only goes back in straight lines, is so open to the big overhand right. I agree Allen needs to improve his defense, but I could see a shot like the one Allen knocked Webb out with knocking out Price. He should just go with Barker 100% as he will improve him further. Barker has been vocal about the need for Allen to move his head and the need to improve his defense.

Allen early ko for me, povetkin esque knockout. Povetkin took a lot out of him and I can only envisage Allen hurting price with a counter then finishing him off with a free shot. I think the povetkin knock out really took it out of pricey

 

I wonder who would be the favourite for this fight?

Would be entertaining whilst it lasted, either one of them could get ktfo at any point. Hope we get the loud mouthy Pricey in the build up, he talked a great fight before the Kash Ali fight, if only he walked it liked he talked it he would of knocked Ali out in the first round!

If it goes beyond 4 or 5 rounds then Allen. Price just cannot fight for the long and Allen's chin should see him through. He is SO easy to hit though. Mind you, that was a peach of a left hook body counter at the weekend. Executed perfectly.
Ali had Price a little buzzed IIRC and he's pretty pants. Sod it, Allen KO.
