Allen will win I think. Not because he’s better I just don’t think Price has the mentality for it anymore.
I’ve given up complaining about Price’s lack of safety in the ring- Hearn/sky are not worried and most importantly neither is Price so fair enough. He is a carton character, who would have been KO’d by Kash Ali if he hadn’t of lost his head. Allen is also more of a joker than fighter as we know, but he can operate at this level and he has a chin. Price is not even dangerous anymore for the first 3 rounds as he’s too scared to throw punches. Allen by KO whenever he lands. I just hope Price gets out ok.
I hope that Price still has enough left to spark this idiot but I doubt it. Allen has a good chin and will likely lose every round until Price runs out of steam. I couldn't believe how easily slow old ass Lucas Browne was out boxing him before the KO.
You can replicate the matchroom O2 experience in your own home: Get 4 x £20 notes and put them in the bin. Invite your local drug users to camp out in your bathroom Have some edgy ******* stand by your kitchen door and ask them to try and punch you and charge you £8 every time you try and get a drink Find the most annoying person you know and get them to sit next to you , talk on their phone through the main event, vomit on the floor and randomly shout advice to fighters such as "hit him" Bonus points for getting people to stand up in front of you at the most critical moments in the fights. When the fights are over , spend 4 hours trying to get out of your living room.
Probably Allen KO, the more I think about it. Price is better but he'll just gas out and get sloppy. Think the Povetkin fight took the little that was left out of him
Buzzing for this. I have the same issue as the Allen/Browne fight. Both fighters are so bad I find it hard to envisage one winning.
this is why I swerve arena boxing... I fully expect Matchroom to offer this as a service soon. For a percentage they will supply the drug dealers, prepacked vomit and a looped recording of 'Hit him'
The arena events I've been to in Glasgow have been fine, seen nothing hostile. You'll come across a few reprobates but you'll get that at any large event or concert. I'd imagine the big stadium fights at Wembley would be worse for it.
