He should fight for the commonwealth, I'm sure Joyce would take it as it's somewhat of a name on his resume amd price gets a few quid for being humiliated again. Win win

I think Hearn is lining the Allen fight up. I think Price wins that and would beat Chisora and Hughie Fury. Price said he had no problem going back to domestic level and I don’t see him knocking back the chance of winning the British outright. After that, who knows. But these injuries that keep happening aren’t helping him at all, he needs to stay active.

I wonder if Price pulled out because something big was lined up?

Judging on tonight, I think Chisora could stop him mate. You know I like Price a lot but I think Fury stops him too. He could still achieve more in the sport but the resistance in that chin has been weakened by a few very heavy KO’s.

Yeah Price is the man but if Chisora turns up for it like he did tonight it would be another KO loss for Price...not going to lie would love to see that fight.

I wrote that before Chisora fought haha, I nor many others expected that from him last night. The last time he showed up was for Whyte and before that was god knows so I thought he was done. To be fair I still think he is done, he was nearly stopped a couple of times last night. But yes you’re right if he’s motivated, he’s still a man I’d avoid if I was Price. The fight would probably never happen anyway they’re meant to be good mates.

I still think he’d stop Hughie.

I’d never bet against Price, and will always hope he can pull that big right hand out the bag. Imo he’s still one of the biggest punchers in the division and can sleep anyone...if he lands sweet that is, unfortunately that’s a big if, bud.

I agree, I’ve been so frustrated watching his career as I think it’s been mainly mental demons that have cost him by making him too tentative and basically scared against fighters he should be blowing away. Against Povetkin though it seemed to be all gone somehow and he was actually boxing well and wasn’t gassing regardless of the shot he hurt Pov with.

He definitely needs a couple of British level fights because jumping from journey men to Euro/world level like he keeps doing is no good. He had no choice against Povetkin though.

I hope he can stop cancelling fights as he’s 35 now and needs to be active for his confidence anyway.

Price hits harder than any heavyweight out there. Problem is his chin is weaker than wet toilet roll.

Nice kid, just scary when he gets knocked out. Id prefer not to see that happen. He has tried , more than most of us have ...

    Peace.
