Chavez roots Mexican, he does'nt make that a secret.
However he called the fight proper that night. Called it right away that the Marquez knockdown was from tangled feet (Pacquiao had stepped on Marquez)
Called it throughout that Pacquiao's lefts were reaching Marquez.
Called the severity of the 5th when Marquez was clearly on unsteady legs.

Unlike the ****ers at HBO, midway through the 6th, Chavez noted "Carlitos (mexican play by play man) Marquez is throwing with heavy shots, if he lands on Pacquiao coming in, it can go that route." ......that route meaning Pacquiao could get stopped if he walked into the type of shot that Marquez was putting out there.
Now that my friend is analyzing a fight. About a minute later Pacquiao was out! :deal

 

Indeed. I can't argue with any of this. MAB just wasn't equipped to defeat a fighter of JMM's quality at this stage in his career. He performed admirably though considering the circumstances. MAB had slowed down significantly by the time of the Juarez fights. The fact he couldn't handle such a one-dimesional, one-paced foe like Rocky Juarez should have signaled the end. They all go on too long.

He does seem to do a little fist-shake celebration thing as a smile creeps on his face towards the end of the cut. I think he may have just been concerned for Pacquiao. To be honest I didn't celebrate right away, I was waiting a few seconds to see if Manny Pacquiao had just died in front of my eyes on live television.
