    They were fast to receive medical attention. He should be OK. I hope. It's usually the delay that causes the serious problems which is not the case here.

    Brain bleeding can happen either way, i'm surprised more boxers don't get hemorrhage's.

    It just too sad. Too hard to say why it happens. it's not only punches. Some people have vascular malformations that makes them more susceptible to develop bleeding. Evacuation of a subdural hematoma its normally an easy job but it will depend on where and how much he is bleeding. Also we don't know how high the intracranial pressure got before he got to the OR. We can only pray.....
