    Or no ?

Reason i'm asking is because of this highlight...which showcases what shogun used to be like under pride fc rules ...

pretty ****ing ruthless...and brutal. the trademark stomps , soccer kicks , knees on the ground.. are gone..

Would require changing laws, not gonna happen.

Would love for it to happen, so long as elbows are still allowed.

John Mccain and other know-nothing politicians lead the charge to water down MMA. For a sport that is supposedly so much less dangerous than boxing it should does draw the most fire. "It's bloodsport, "It's human ****-fighting".

Except for the soccer kick in the head while the opponent is down and as long as elbow are still allowed. I also like the yellow card rule so fighters can't just hug each other for the whole round.

Dana has said before that he would like to add knees to the head of a downed opponent.

But you have to get that passed all the athletic commissions. The same guys who think 12 to 6 elbow strike is somehow more dangerous than an 11 to 5. :patsch

Soccer kicks to the head i could take or leave.
Stomps would NEVER pass in america.
They rarely changed a fight anyway.

Knees the the head would be wonderful though. It would give wrestlers another weapon when they get someone to the ground... and ofcourse it could help deal some damage to a wrestler on a failed shot.

I would love to see the yellow card in the UFC.

Shogun is just brutal when he is on form.

It's not a bad idea but it's hard to issue. In a case like Caleb Starnes where he is clearly running he deserves a yellow card . But what about a guy like Fitch who is boring but he is always "working" even if he's holding position and throwing short punches and elbows. At what point do you give the yellow card. Because if you don't want to fight in the UFC you don't get a yellow card but a pink slip from Dana just like Houston Alexandra after his running impression against kimbo.

I agree with Ajax. The UFC doesn't have that problem really. If you don't fight, you'll get cut.
