Thinking that size alone would be enough to beat Joe Frazier indicates not much thought or knowledge.

not sure if some of you are trolling or not, But frazier would realistically have no chance in this match up.
Vitali is probably the worst match up you could ever make for Frazier.

I go with Frazier by KO. He would be able to get under and around the jab. He would get to the body and then he'd catch him with his left hook.

:nono.. Remember, we live in a fantasy world where Joe Frazier is an unstoppable machine, he is so tough that a tank wouldnt be able to run him down, he used to knock down mountains with ease in his prime, his reflexes is from another world which makes him capable of dodging bullets, he is unbreakable and is able to outrun a jet..
So never EVER suggest that this force of nature can be beaten, FRAZIER!! Would walk through any modern heavyweight without trouble.

    Vitali.

Joe would have a good chance against Wladimir - at least like Wlad used to fight.

Lets be realistic. Joe would be too small for Vitali. Frazier wasn't even 6'0 tall. He would be at a huge reach disadvantage also.

I think this is a pretty close fight. Both guys are very durable and dont have huge 1 punch knockout power except for joes left hook. They both have consistant work rates. People who say vitaly is too big for joe seem to be forgetting that vitaly is slower and clumsier for it. Look at the insane speed of joe against ali. Vitaly would have it hard trying to time his head movement and wouldnt land a high percentage of his punches, he would have to make it up by throwing alot of them which he usally does. But Ali who was one of the fastest heavyweights ever, threw shitloads of punches non-stop at joe and only landed around half his punches. Vitaly is a good deal slower than ali and will not be throwing anywhere near as many.

I think Joe would be smashing away at vitalys body most of the fight and vitaly landing on joes head with some consistancy. It would go to points and I think joe would win because of his speed, workrate and headmovement would allow him to land more and look better to the judges. Vitaly is good at defence but alot of that is against headshots not bodyshots and frazier is one heavyweight that worked the body alot. I see it close either way. I dont believe they can stop each other. Vitaly needs to land alot of punches throughout a fight to tko most guys and frazier is super durable. Not many guys can keep getting back up immediatly after getting knocked down 6 times by the hardest puncher ever

Vitali knocks joe out, or at least down enough times for the ref to call it off.

Joe's the greater fighter though and would ko wlad.
