I have given the reasons for my opinion time and time again.

    I favour Lewis.

Sure, he has "Teh glaas ch8n!!!!!!!111111111111111 OMG WTF!".

But things are never quite as simple.

Styles make fights and I correctly predicted exactly what Mike would get from Lennox.

I'll make that 99 times out of 100:yep Prime, past prime, any time:good

Chin - Lewis - he was massively underrated in the chin dept. Only down twice, and both times against big punchers who caught him just right. Took MANY huge punches against some big punchers (Tua, Morrison, Ruddock, Briggs, Tua, Bruno, Klitschko, just to name a few).
    Jab - Lewis
    Power - Lewis
    Hand speed - Tyson
Movement - Tyson from '86 to '90, Lewis over any other Tyson incarnation.
Defense - See my comments on movement.

Tyson was a great fighter, but definitely overrated. I rank Mike somewhere around 15th all-time, but Lewis is about 8th.

One of the lamest myths in boxing - Lewis's chin.

Lennox had an underrated chin. Only down twice, only counted out once. Both times were against big punchers. It is true that neither McCall or Rahman are ATG's, but they still could bang. Either fighter would be threats against almost any heavy, regardless of their overall accomplishments. Besides those two fights (both avenged), Lennox took some powerful shots from a large number of impressive punchers. Weaver, Mason, Ruddock, Bruno, Morrison, McCall, Mercer, Briggs, Grant, Tua, Holyfield, (not a huge puncher, but not a weak one, either), Tyson, Klitschko.

Lewis withstood some impressive punches against a truly excellent group of fighters. Not every fighter that I mentioned was a great fighter, but all of them could punch. They all knocked out plenty of opponents.

Lewis was the victim of punches that would KO most fighters. Hey, it happens. No man is invulnerable. However, Lennox Lewis took enough punches from an impressive enough roster of opponents, that it should be difficult to call him weak-chinned.

Was he not in his prime against Douglas when he was getting owned for most of the 10 rounds?

Absolutely!! To be honest despite some of the nonsense on here about many fighters, I dont think many fighters (like none) get all the way to the top and stay there for very long if they had a dodgy chin. If Lewis had been american, he would be so much more highly rated on here.
