Ali style and speed I think would of been to much for Vitali.

if vitali threw his shoulder out chasing chris byrd, then it'll be even worse against a prime ali. vitali won't hit anything. ali is too fast and skilled.

Assuming we mean the real prime Ali, pre excile, then i would'nt give Vitali much chance really. With a prime Ali you have a 6"3 tall heavy with the handspeed and footwork of a middleweight, who has a reach has great as Vitali. Although Vitali would be no pushover i just see Ali outboxing him with his movement and eventually cutting his face up, and probably getting a late TKO.

    Agreed :good

In boxing, and every other sport, fans are just way too nostalgic for the past.

ali is faster, and has better footwork, has good psychological advantage over opponents. klitscho is bigger, stronger, heavier, punches harder, and has a granite chin. i think ali doesnt have the power to keep klitschko off him, ali dances around and looks prettier but vitali lands more meaningful and wins more rounds. i voted for vitali by decision but if ali traded with vitali like lewis did i see a KO for klitschko around the 7th round...i see ali having a 25% chance of just jabbing his way to a cut victory similar to the lewis fight...i dont think ali punches hard enough to make klitschko respect him...

    ****ing Klitoris's :patsch:patsch:patsch

It's not nostalgia to believe the greatest HW of all time would outbox or KO Vitali 'pushed a fat lewis all the way' Klitschko.

Well done to the near 74% who picked Ali either way

15 rounder he stops Vitali late but if not wins the decision, and definitely wins a decision in a 12 rounder.

Vitali is lucky he didnt fight a prime and in best shape Lewis or he wouldnt be talked about in the way he is... he is good but not that good and is bro is worse, Haye destroys him if they ever do fight, which Wlad is avoiding.

    Oh dear.

Now Ali didn't have technical skills.

This forum has gone to hell.
