Kovalev threw more punches, out landed Ward, landed the harder punches, scored a knock down, marked up Ward's face, and Ward still got the absolute minimalist amount of points he possibly could on the scorecard to win the fight. Outside of knocking this guy out cold, what can you do?

That part was funny when Bika forearmed Ward in the face, and then Ward responded with a Muay Thai elbow.

I think Bika was the most blatant "hit guys on the ground" fighter since Terry Norris.
