What about what I said do you disagree with? Canelo peaked at 168, and had trouble against movers like Saunders for his entire early career. It’s not a guarantee that he wins, but it’s a damn close fight at 160. Certainly more than a sluggish, slow ass Saunders who looked like crap in every fight at 168 against a peak Canelo.
Canelo has never lost to a B level fighter. He may take a few rounds to figure them out, but lose to them, never.
Would of been a tougher fight at 160 but I'd still favour Canelo's power to bail him out in a very competitive fight where he struggles. BJS was always a problematic style for Canelo.
I think Billy Joe, at his absolute best, would certainly give a better account of himself than he did when they actually met. But, the idea he would "school" Canelo...hmmmm. Besides, if we are offering up the absolute best version of Saunders then we have do the same with Canelo.
