prime bowe vs prime quarry.....

Poor Quarry!..thats all I have to say...Good thread though!

 

Bowe had great potential that he never lived up to. Quarry had way more quality wins, he had some issues, especially with alcohol, but when in shape, and relaxed ( he tended to tense up in some fights and look like crap) he was top fighter. Mac Foster, Lyle, Shavers, none as good as Bowe, but he handled them well enough to make me think he beats Bowe. Quarry through in some bad performances, liek second Fraizer fight, and in first one, he went nuts and tried to show he could slug with Frazier, and actually gave good account of self before tko. Considering all Quarry did, why pick Bowe?
