Ortiz knows how to control jabbers ,Bruno would panic the longer the fight goes and start winding its what he did a lot and start losing stamina and once again fall to another big heavyweight. Short guys would be easier for Ortiz close tucked style shooting punches up ,Wilder is 6'7 and caused some distance problems would 6'2.5 Bruno ? I wouldn't bet on it ,Lewis was very poor at controlling jabbers at times and then was green fighter when he fought Bruno .

Ortiz can punch hard enough he would wobble Bruno at some point and after mid rounds the bigger guy takes over .Im taking Ortiz who still has the worst resume in top 10 . lol

Prime Bruno would have beaten ortiz and wilder on the same night.

Ortiz is old man, technically he's good but he's slow and flat footed.

Neither of these have fought anyone, they both have reputations far exceeding reality.

Bruno never set up his right hand the way Wilder did v Ortiz.

Bruno never showed this savvy while stopping fighters:

Then it's a good thing the comparison you started was for Bruno and Ortiz, not Bruno and Wilder

The point is Frank would need savvy like that to catch the southpaw Ortiz.

No, Ortiz is good, but nothing special. He'd be lucky to be a contender in the 90's. The level of your overrating Ortiz is destined to be a running inside joke on this forum...

I don`t see what fighters could do in the 90`s that Ortiz can`t plus he`s a southpaw, most fighters in the 90`s were just all about athleticism, Ortiz has better fundamentals than any heavyweight during the 90`s, they were really basic.

Bruno was strong as an ox and hit hard. You have to give him that. Ortiz is ancient so it’s not a fair comparison. I don’t consider Bruno more than one if the wet British champs but that’s like the tallest midget. He’s second tier but I respect what he accomplished.
