prime carl froch vs prime roy jones

    Prime Roy Jones Jr would outbox Ward. People forget just how sublime prime Roy was. I don't think any boxer in the history of boxing was as good as he was at that point in time. Not even Sugar Ray Robinson, who might have a better overall career record, and might be greater, but even he would have been outboxed.

    No other fighter in the history of boxing was throwing 30 punches hard punches in seconds and throwing 5, 7, 9 hooks, and 3, 4, 5, 6 uppercuts. Hopkins couldn't deal with Roy's speed, footwork or reflexes. Toney couldn't deal with Roy's speed, footwork or reflexes.

    No, I meant RJJ decimates Froch, and Ward outboxes Froch- not that Ward would outbox prime RJJ.

    ok, if you feel froch beats jones you must feel froch will beat ward as well. here's the deal. bet all your vcash on froch and i'll bet all mine on ward. the loser has to leave these boards for good. what do you say?? don't back out of this like a calzaghe-johnson fight. put your vmoney where your mouth is.

    btw, i love froch. he's a real fighter.

    sorry, i'm reposting this. haven't heard back from bailey. somehow i think that if jones were british and froch were american, bailey would have jones winning.

    This is a very stupid thread. RJJ would make Froch look amateurish. RJJ by a dominating TKo inside 5 rounds.
