I think a good version of Takam might beat Cooper. Cooper was often lackadaisical when coming to fight, whereas Takam is typically always in form. Of course that doesnt mean Cooper can't beat Takam. I think 50-50 with the power firmly in Cooper's favour and the all round skillset in Takam's.
Agreed. Not the kind of opponent Bert gets up for. So he does not train hard and brings in his B game. And drops a decision in an otherwise winnable fight.
