    Not a boring fight at all, would be pretty good. Cerdan attacking and Giardello trying to counter-punch him is how I figure it.

    Cerdan by close decision....

    I saw both Cerdan and Giardello ringside and my dough would be on Cerdan to outhustle Giardello in 15 rounds...The Cerdan who beat a tough Georgie Abrams and Tony Zale would be too busy against the more cautious Giardello...

    giardello hated training as much as any fighter who ever lived who wasn't named bummy davis. i can see this working
