Agreed, although I rank him higher than Douglas.

Not a chance. Douglas ended prime Tyson. Sanders started prime Wlad lol.

On that day, yes Douglas was a great heavyweight and better than Sanders. However when looking at their careers as a whole I think Sanders was the better fighter overall and was more consistent.

Completely disagree. Douglas had a better career and beat better fighters.

Douglas beat the undisputed champion and Sanders beat a future great.

Had Sanders knocked out Lewis instead of Wlad I'd have considered it similar. Rahman is similar to Douglas. Those two are above Sanders for me comfortably.

Because a rematch didn't happen and Sanders won by battering Wlad unlike Puritty and Brewster were Wlad was dominating most the fight and unlike AJ which was like a 51-49 fight and against Fury who won most the rounds but they were competitive it does lead some doubt.

Perhaps a 50-50 matchup. If Wlad gets past the first few his odds go up and I definitely think he showed a strong survival instinct in the AJ fight which he strangely didn't show when he has younger.

Wlad wins he lost when he was young inexperienced and didn't know how to deal with quick southpaws but later on he became much more experienced and improved his defense and ability to keep opponents on the outside while Sanders was always pretty limited as a fighter. I think Wlad keeps him at range and wins a clear but boring decision

Wlad would win. When he fought Sanders he was inexperienced and didn’t know how to defend against a south paw straight left. He learned later how to slow down the pace and clinch and wear down opponents. Sanders after 3 rounds just wasn’t a very good fighter and he was a bit chinny too getting KO’d by Nate Tubbs and Hasim Rahim.

As a big fan of Wlad, I think Sanders beats him 100 times out of 100.

    That's extremely wide.....

Also if Wlad could ever get in first with his power then he could have Sanders on trouble. It so happened then when they fought Sanders got in first.

From what I recall Wlad hit Sanders flush twice, but it didn't do much damage.

He caught him ish. Not very flush.

To be honest I don't think there is any fighter in the history who would beat Wlad 100/100 or even close to it.

    Usyk?
    Mike Tyson?
    Lewis?

I think the above beats him at least 9 out of 10

I think Wlad would be a nightmare for Tyson. He had two things that greatly bothered Mike - great jab and an elite clinching game. Plus Tyson never fought someone with this kind of punching power. I think it's 50/50 as I don't trust Wlad's chin at all.

If Lewis gets hit by the same shots he got hit from Vitali, but from Wlad, he goes night-night. But again - the same thing can be said about Lewis' shots landing on Wlad. 50/50.

Usyk can outbox Klitschko for sure. Too slick for him + a southpaw. Would go 70/30 Usyk.
