    Haye hits just as hard as Rahman , so i would have to say Haye.

    They are pretty equal in terms of speed and power, but Sanders has size and chin in his favour.

    Sanders by KO seems pretty likely, maybe Haye would win 1 out of 3.

    Sanders would be very dangerous for Haye in the first four rounds. Southpaw, charging style, in the early going I don't see how Haye has a speed advantage. Haye struggled with small pressure fighters like Fragomeni, Sanders is a monster compared to Fragomeni. Sanders is very limited overall with his lack of conditioning, but dangerous to anyone with a questionable chin.
