He will turn 34 after couple of months. And based on his last fights, already getting out of his prime.

Fight would take 8 months to negotiate and be postponed at least once, so Usyk would be a year or so older than he is now.

    Usyk wins.

Haye is a counter puncher, he's always performed better vs guys that came to him, a mover like Uysk forces him to chase which he isn't good at.

I agree with other respones: (a) Usyk distinctly superior; (b) and is at best at the very tail end of his prime now, certainly past his very peak.

Haye was a mediocre CW champion, only bigged up by people who don't really know the history of the division and think wins over Macarinelli and Mormeck put you in the record books.

Usyk would absolutely do a number on him. The speed, the angles, the workrate, the ring iq would all completely befuddle Haye and have him swinging wild haymakers at the air while Usyk darts in and out peppering him with mid-power combination punches till Haye crumbles or gasses out or calls no mas.

    Wouldn't even be competitive.

Usyk spanks him. Haye was an explosive counter puncher who got off power shots when fighters came to him. Usyk stays at range and picks him apart in a match that would become painful to watch after seven.

It’s a **** division why most of the best ones eventually move to heavyweight out of boredom dominating and for the challenge. Money helps too
