Depends on what you mean by prime ? The Aj that fought Klitschko or Current Aj ?

Im going to assume the you mean Joshua from the Klitschko fight so if thats the case the most likely scenario is a Joshua KO but current Joshua is still fighting demons from the Andy Ruiz fight and he knows david haye is a powerful counterpuncher so if you mean current Joshua then most likely scenario is Joshua by decision.

But to be real Joshua has gotten better since 2017 so i dont know why people think he was in his prime then. Hes still getting better and probably has yet to reach his absolute peak

AJ's size and co ordination would cause Haye trouble.
Joshua by KO, taller, big man, decent jab and world class power. Jousha has gotten up from bigger punchers than Haye at heavy.
Haye is dangerous on the counter but against someone with such a height advantage and someone much faster than Valuev not sure if he would be able to set up. His habbit of long reset time in between attacks wouldn't help either.

I don't see what Haye has to offer here. He could drop his hands and try for a "Hail Mary" but he didn't try that against Klitschko.
If he stands off AJ the way he did against an ageing Klitschko, he gets walked down and uppercutted into next week.

I think AJ wins fairly easily. Haye was extremely dangerous as a cruiserweight. Not as much at heavyweight.
