Looks like there are 6 trolls who answered that Haye would win by KO.

Given that when Tua fought Ibeabuchi, who was heavy handed, and that fight set the record for the most punches in history of any heavyweight fight ever, then how is Haye's 11.9 punches a round going to do anything? That would probably be 20% of what Tua took from Ibeabuchi, and with no more power in them.

The fight could go 50 rounds, Haye isn't getting a KO win.

That, and Tua took 12 rounds of Lewis' huge shots also... Saying Haye would KO prime Tua borders on the insane! He might potshot to a close decision, but 9 out of 10 times he doesn't even make it into the second half of the bout.

Haye win on points and EASILY.

    ****in Prime Tua:lol:

Focused Haye is too fast with his feet and keep this over rated plodding midged at bay with his Under rated Jab.

You know someone is **** when you have to put an asterisk like 'focused' in there when talking about their potential. I have seen 'focused' Haye, he flails around like a fish out of water, his defense and footwork is garbage, Tua will catch him

I didn't see the "prime" part in the headline, however, I still have Haye winning. If Rahman and Byrd can box and outbox Tua so can Haye.

It's a bit hard to tell when exactly Tua's prime ended - when he gained weight? When he lost to Ike? When he lost to Lewis? When he lost to Byrd? When he drew with Rahman? A lot of fans consider a fighter faded or shot the moment he lost a fight despite being in a good condition right before that (i.e. Mike Tyson against Douglas) and I don't buy that.
Secondly I'm not 100% sold on his iron chin. He absorbed nice shots from Ike and Lewis but was KOed against Savon and floored by Rahman (debatable) and Barrett. Mind you, against Barrett he was only 1 year older than the Lewis who defeated Tyson with ease, so either has Tua aged horribly despite being in an age in which A level heavies usually are faded but still deliver (like Lewis, Vitali, Holyfield, Foreman and so on) or he was never iron chinned to begin with. I'm not doubting his punch resistance but an iron chin is something you have to prove over an over. Does anyone consider Khan an iron chinned mofo after the Maidana clash?

Skill-wise he has never been a top tier heavy and I find it perfectly reasonable to pick Haye over him because in terms of pure skill I don't find this very close. Don't forget Tua LOST almost all the relevant fights so going the distance with Lewis, Byrd or Ike can hardly be considered something to favor him over Haye.
