If you watch that fight, Oscar didn't look like he train hard when he fought Gonzalez. He look like he got bored in which most of the time he was sticking his jab. Oscar wouldn't do that to a prime Kostya by not training hard. Oscar ain't stupid in which if he would have fought a prime Kostya, he would have fought way better then he did in the Gonzalez fight.

Oscar ran the last 3 rounds in which he lost those last 3 rounds easily. Did he ran the other 9 rounds? No.

Oscar has more natural talent but he's NOT more skilled than Kostya. Kostya is more accurate.........it depends on how Tszyu avoids the left hook, he can't take that punch too well from Oscar

Not more skilled then Kostya? You serious? I like Kostya as a fighter but no way in hell he's more skilled then De la hoya. Kostya wouldn't avoid the left hook from De la hoya.

Oscar is a lot larger and his chin is solid, he wins, probably even stops Kostya.

I cant think of common opponents besides JCC off the top of my head and Oscar beat the living **** out of him while even older JCC somehow lasted 12 with Kostya, from my memory.

As far as textbook boxing goes he is. Oscar has to pressure him to win. Oscar has been outboxed for many rounds in his career:patsch

For many rounds? What do you mean? Have you watch most of Oscar careers before he fought Chavez in the first fight?

Kostyas a bit overrated, he wasnt champ for all that long in terms of defences, he was very good but never great IMO. Lovely right hand and pretty good boxer but Oscar would outbox him in a close fight I reckon

Oscar by comfortable decision.....oscar outboxes him with ease, while having some shaky moments...
