Chisora did well v a skilled fighter like Usyk, Cooper just brawled v Holy and slugfests with Moorer and Mercer, Chis did well v a quick-fisted fighter like Parker too, he wins this one, he has more talent.

Bert Cooper that fought Holyfield beats the snot out of Chisora, imo.

I don`t think Cooper looked good in that fight, he got destroyed after hurting Holy with a good shot, big deal.

Cooper had serious power, Chisora's is at best average. Chisora's style is perfect for Cooper; Bert wouldn't have to find him at all.
Chisora's best chance is to outwork Cooper, but if the Cooper from the Mercer fight shows up, he's cracking that chin, no doubt in my mind.

Holyfield did beat the **** out of Cooper. That's The Real Deal Holyfield we're talking about here and comparing him to what Chisora might accomplish against Bert Cooper. Levels, fellas.

Also, I'll have to go rewatch as I was left with the impression that Cooper had more than one good moment during the first half of that fight. That said, seems like I watched a couple of Cooper fights over the last 6 months or so and he wasn't half bad. I think our difference of opinion here stems from you both rating Chisora higher than I do. I can live with that. To me, dude seems sloppy but kinda strong in a weak division.

I like cooper and he definitely could’ve accomplished more if he had his priorities straight, but I honestly don’t think he was very talented. When he was game your in for a war but pretty much every decent fighter he faced handled the heat and beat him. I think Chisora should win after surviving some really painful moments. Cooper definitely has a punchers chance though, his power is up there with guys like Foreman and Shavers imo.

As for the Holyfield fight, cooper was getting beat up pretty bad. After dropping Holyfield he did land some decent shots the same round, but other than that he was a punching bag. Like that whole fight was complete target practice for Holy

I'll go look at it again based on this. It's possible that I was impressed because Cooper put up a better fight than I expected at the time.

Nobody was talking Usyk. Do you keep a lock of his hair under your pillow? Weirdo.

Seriously? Usyk is an amazing fighte and a lot of people agree with that, Chisora did better v Usyk in the first 6 rounds of their clash than Cooper would have, Usyk is a highly skilled fighter, Cooper was just a wild brawler with a good punch.

I don't know if Cooper really had a prime sadly. By the time he was achieving anything in the pros he had already been abusing his body and his discipline fading.

On their best night, I think Cooper could do it, despite being the smaller guy. On their worst or average night, Chisora probably KO's him bc he had some coke orgy the night before.
