Miranda could really bang in his prime, but as a boxer he is vastly overrated... Lemieux by brutal KO!

When two big punchers collide, go with the one with crisper punches and (slightly) better handspeed.

    Lemieux KO.

Prime Miranda and Abraham both beat Lemiuex.

Prime Miranda was a very hard hitter, but he also swung a lot and although
David is a big hitter as well (maybe harder than Miranda), I don't think
stylistically he could push Miranda back consistently. I think Miranda's
engine, activity and power would break him down.

I don't think Miranda had as bad a chin as some make out. I mean prime Miranda.
Once Pavlik got to him his durability went on the slide.

He took a pretty man sized beating from Pav before he succumbed but was brushed aside in a 30 sec period of ascendency from not as big a puncher in Abraham after that.

I must say whether you are pre, post or midst your prime losing to a guy like Alcine doesn't bode well for yall.
Though admittedly that fight is pretty inconsequential when discussing this one, from a stylistic and tactical standpoint anyway .

I had a bleached blonde mullet in the early norties. Most stylish I have ever been.

I did too, which slowly morphed into a Mohawk for about a week, then into the Jason Newsted early 90's cut, then eventually into the Lemieux cut. :eusa_doh:

Would be fun. On the fence with it. How many guys have either beat that would be as good as each other?
