If a past prime Morales beat Pacquiao above his best weight and at a weight which is likely Pacquiao's best, then I think it is as close to a sure thing in fantasy matchmaking that Morales would win this.

the very best morales was at 122/126. the best pac was at 140 who demolished hatton and cotto. so prime for prime, pac whoops his ass unless you want him to fight the green and one-handed pac @ 122/126 which pac didn't end up too badly.
