Both, i'm sure the drained Morales of the 2nd Pacquiao fight could have lasted 12 rounds with a lesser fighter but the drained Morales of the 3rd Pacquiao fight was going to get KO'd by anyone with a stiff punch, the 3rd Pacquiao fight is one of the worst instances of weight drain i've seen in boxing along with the Pac DLH fight.

The Pac who beat Cotto versus the Morales who beat Barrera...Pacquiao by a landslide. It's not like he blew Pacquiao out the first time around. Let's not get all revisionist and say otherwise.

 

It was an OK win. Not as impressive as when Raheem completely shuts Morales out at his healthier weight, a division above, just before the Pac fight though.
