Prime Holyfield is a little bit b4 his fight with Holmes and Bowe in 1992. It's the guy who moved on his toes, circled his opponent and came double jabbing and punching hard in combinations inside, taking a lot of punches from guys such as experienced Mike Dokes, once undefeated and destructive Alex Steward, dangerous slugger Adilson Rodrigues, James Buster Douglas, one BIG George Foreman and a very committed Bert Cooper ( who would have a hell of a fight also with Moorer for the vacant WBO HWT Title)... Holmes and Bowe showed in fighting mode that a good big man always beats one good small man, even tho Holmes didn't beat Evander but he created problems with his jab and rope a dope style that had Mercer losing his undefeated streak... In my opinon, a mature and prepared Wlad may have beaten one prime Holyfield but my heart says that Holy would have been too intense for him, would have stopped him inside twelve.

 

Nonsense. Holy fought bigger & better punchers than Wlad.

Wlad's "power" relies on wearing down slow, poorly conditioned & relatively unskilled opponents & taking them out late when they have nothing left in the tank.

That would not happen against Holy.

Klitschko haters are really just fighting a losing battle.

Holyfield wins this one easily.

He has more idea how to fight a big fighter, than Wlad does how to fight a smaller opponent. If anyone thinks Wlad is going to know how to fight such a mobile, non-stop fighter, they're crazy. Wlad only throws against static opposition.

Holyfield frustrates Wlad and stops him with a vicious combination.

Listen, Holyfield was my favorite fighter in the early 90s..but to say he "wins easily" is either extreme bias for Holyfield, or against Wlad (and I"m guessing it's the later).

This is the type of fight I would like to see both brothers in. The Pressure of Holyfield or Ike Ibeabuchi would be make or break for them.

Always love the "Wlad can't fight/will get beat up on the inside bull****. Wlad does fight on the inside. You think his clinching is just to reset distance?
****ing homo's need to start watching the sport. Wlad will chop down on your head, neck and shoulders/arms with the roughest and most effective grappling the sport has seen.
