So which of these 3 beat Wlad on the inside? Sanders slipped a jab and landed a bomb. Wlad punched himself out with Purity and who knows wtf happened with Brewster.

    What I wrote still stands.

The expression 'xxxx will slip past Wlad's jab and attack him to the body and head' comes up every time in these fantasy fights. That's a pretty big assumption to make though, and one that requires a bit of explaining. Firstly how many fighters actually manage to slip Wlad's job in order to mount an offense? Secondly, whether you like it or not, Wlad is great at tying people up when they get near him. Are we to assume that Holyfield simply slips Wlad's jab and hits him with one or more punches without Wlad responding in time?

Although Lewis had more strings to his bow than Wladimir, I do feel Wlad is better at fighting from range and frustrating an opponent. From a skills perspective I believe he's more than capable of winning most of the rounds of a 12 rounder with Holyfield, but I suppose the issue for me is whether he tires late in the fight. It's unlikely we'll ever know how the current version of Wlad fares against constant effective pressure until the late rounds

On the flipside Holyfield isn't superhuman either. Either man can tire, and if Holyfield loses steam at any point then the fight is gone for him. Wlad will keep jabs and straight rights in Holy's face for the remainder of the fight with no real chance of a breather. It isn't just throwing punches that wears down a fighter

From that analysis I'd have to go with Wlad via brutal first round knockout.

Sorry I was referring to the last sentence of your post.

So while you are busy calling legitimate champs of the past HOMOS, saying Wlad would school, them all I countered that he is not quite the perfect fighter you make him out to be.

The fact is, instead of one fighter dominating the heavyweight division, The Klitschk's have decided to split them up. Each one fighting opponents that best fit their specific talents, all the while not fighting each other.

It would be akin to Holyfield and Tyson making a pact. Tyson fights guys Holyfield has trouble with and vice versa, all the time not fighting each other..

Those Homo's of the past you mention CLEANED out their divisions. BY THEMSELVES. Neither Klitschko can say that.

There is where your point no longer stands.

Holyfield tko 8 Wlad. Too big a difference in skills here. Holy gave prime Lewis trouble in their second fight, and we all know that Lewis is a class above Wlad.
Wlad will get have his moments, but holyfield is a beast and a great great boxer.
He will stop the overrated ukranian.

Pacquiao got KTFO by Torrecampo ages ago so he sucks now, that's how great your logic is :nut

Holyfield has a lot more losses in his prime than Wlad does, never went on a dominant title reign and has never beaten a prime great fighter, same as Wlad, so I fail to see how he is better. Oh, yeah, I forgot, he's american and has an excuse for every one of his losses :yep

im sorry but a prime holyfield is on a different level from what wlad has ever fought at.

far too busy for wlad who remember is very tentative vs todays heavyweights , holyfield in his prime certainly wasnt tentative.

wlad can keep holy away with jab as holys is faster and he can get inside very easy. when inside its a totally different ballgame for wlad as hes never fought anybody as good as holy.

holyfield wko 9-10 round , wlad totally knackered by this stage

ps: all this being too big is totally wrong...smaller heavys eg: 210-220 have proven to be the best in boxing history

exception is lewis although prime vs prime holy beats lewis too

Holy lacks the punch to trouble a veteran version of Wlad. Wlad won't stand toe-to-toe trading punches with Holyfield like a moronic Bowe did.

Wlad would stick to his outside game like usual and smash Holyfield from long-distance. Holyfield would win a couple of the earlier rounds as he lands a couple combos but none of them hard enough to KO Wlad. Wlad wins everything else and scored a solid UD12.

First of all a Klit can't clean out the division for obvious reasons and in no way is it similar to Tyson and Holyfield "making a deal".

Second, how does any of what you wrote apply to the use of inside tactics against Wlad?

Third, when exactly did Holy clean out the division?

Holyfield struggled against tall fighters, especially lewis. Wlads chin is a bit more shaky than Lewis' but id say Evander wouldnt be able to land a clean hayemaker and the jab would prove to be to effective for him to get in range at times but if he did manage to get one in (ala Haye) then id say there is a big chance of a KO.

Its hard to say with Wlad being so dominant against everyone in the heavyweight division, Haye did decent at times but bitched out when it got tough because of his broken toe

If wlad can keep holy at Bay its a Wlad UD, if Holy gets too many clean shots its a Knockout. shame we wont find out, if this fight happens today Wlad will be cherrypicking an old man and would probably stop him inside the distance, probably rounds 5-6

I was merely responding to someone saying that if Holy lost to Bryd then he would have no chance against Wlad & highlighting how flawed that line of reasoning is, you havent read through the thread.

Holy has more losses because he fought against a higher level of competition & for longer. Bowe x3, Lewis & Tyson x2, Moorer x2, old foreman & Holmes etc etc & all that was after his fantastic run at cruiser.

As for excuses Wlad's fanclub has some of the best Ive ever heard :patsch
