Tito at this point. Saul is simply too unproven against elite comp to compare with Tito.

I've seen Canelo get rocked by fighters that don't possess the left hook that Tito had. He'd be sleeping within 9 rounds because he's susceptible to getting hit a lot, especially in the later rounds.

That being said, canelo isn't in his prime yet so I say he'd probably get knocked out by a prime Tito as this current 23 year old version of himself. He'll probably be in his prime in a couple years as a full blown Middleweight or Super MIddleweight.

I see it as almost a vargas vs. tito replay. Tito getting off the canvas to finish him off in the late rounds.

Trinidad would ruin Canelo at this point.

Maybe if Canelo keeps improving and gets stronger, can still make 154 when hes like 26 years old and has lots of championship rounds under him, it will be a better matchup, but as of now this is murder.

    This is a joke thread.

Tito fought DLH, vargas, hopkins, and more that would end the Alvarez's career.

Hes not proven himself yet, so comparing him to someone like DLH is retarted.

At this point I would have to say Trinidad by KO.

trinidad had insane stanima in his prime and canelo clearly has stanima issues. I think down the stretch canelo would fold and trinidad would finish him

Canelo isn't even as good as Vargas.

With that said, I had Vargas up by one point going into the 10th against Trinidad. Then the low blows took their toll and took Vargas' legs.

have to wait to see how he handles a boxer who applies better pressure than trout did. he had little problem with trout but trout was fighting out of caracter in trying to walk canelo down, walking fighters down was titos forte. i would have to favor tito at this point because trout didnt really test canelo enough to really gauge where canelo is currently at.

There is not many who can withstand a tito left hook in this generation or any at 154.

Tito at his prime was way better boxer than Canelo is. Putting Canelo against a prime Tito at this stage would be career ending. Just ask Vargas!!!
There is an interesting match. WHAT ABOUT THE VARGAS THAT FOUGHT AGAINST TITO VS. CANELO??
