Forget about their laughable late 90's bout. The early/mid seventies Joe v the middle eighties Smith. I say Joe,over the distance. Smith was never that busy,and Bugner would keep him at the edge of his jab.
Hard to say I think Joe is durable enough to last Smith and take a decision with that jab and boxing ability
Joe had the speed, skills, mobility and championship round endurance necessary to take the clear UD here.
Bug wins a sloppy but clear decision. It is close on the cards, but everyone agrees Bug edges Bone. The fans and media hate the fight.
