I agree almost with everything bar timing. After all vitally depends on his timing far more than on everything else. No timing - no Vitaly.
I would also add that wlad has better inside game. I never actually seen Vitaly having any success inside. In lewis fight he lost every part episode inside. Yes he outboxed Lewis on outside but when lewis brawled inside(hold and punch but still) he was lost. All he did is just absorbed punches. And to be fair in Sanders fight he walked in a huge left hand that he didn't see. That hand would have floored 99% of boxers.

And foreman was out boxed by bums every time they box with him;)
He is not top 10 puncher, he is not top (this is one is an opinion but still) top 10 atg, he is NOT beating Vitaly at any state of his pathetic career.
    Have a nice day.

  4. ali(the greatest of all time) could not outbox a pirme george foreman, ali did the tactic rope dope, because ali had the chin, the heart and the stamina to survive and to tire this version of foreman(no boxer in history would take the beating that ali took in this fight during 8 rounds), when foreman faced jimmy young he was depressed, jimmy young was stolen against ali, norton and shavers. jimmy young was a hell of contender, please tell me what bums outboxed to prime george foreman.
you are right, foreman is not top 10 hardest punchers, he is top 2 and the strongest hw ever(i would say he was harder puncher even than shavers).
he won in mexico 1968, george foreman destroyed joe frazier and ken norton in 2 rounds(they both did beat muhammad ali),he did beat george chuvalo, goyo peralta, chuck wepner, savaresse ,gerry cooney, bert cooper, michael moorer, he was competent in his 40s against a prime evander holyfield(even tyson could not finish the fight against a past prime evander), prime morrison ran during all the fight against old foreman. george is the oldest hw champion in history,
in his prime he would **** in the face of vitali.
so you know absolutely **** about nothing.
and anyone should kill your family and split on the coffin;)

A fight between two big men always plays out differently. Wlad is geared towards not allowing smaller opponents to land on him and let his offense do the rest. In the fight against Thompson you see him fighting well, but against Vitali...I think he'd be kept off-balance, landing jabs and the occassional counter bomb, but Vitali can put lot's of pressure on him.

    I don't think he copes. TKO9.

I have to agree with that, in the sense that Volo's got a superior reign with much deeper a list of more meaningful names. I can see Volo being argued a top 15 HW, though he's just outside mine. I wouldn't try to make that case for Vitali. I have enough work to do without taking that job on my plate. :nonono

Having said Volo should be rated much higher on legacy, I agree with this too and consider the best Vitali a better total package than the best Volo. But the legacy is not there at Volo's level, regardless. A lot of that is simple hard luck on Vitali's part though, in my opinion.

Also, I don't buy into the idea that little brother is a superior boxer and Vitali is just "tougher". I think you can only draw that line strongly if you're judging Vitali by a book he never bothered reading- one which Volo lives by. The orthodox boxing book, that is. You can't judge unorthodox fighters by it. It leads you to highly inaccurate conclusions.

Big brother by late round stoppage. Yes, Wladimir is more technically sound... but Vitali is more durable. Durability would be very important in this fight.

Fairly confident in Vitali here. He's proven he can take it and come back and trade. Wlad isn't a fighter end of story he's a tremendous athlete with a tremendous skillset that allows him to dominate.

Wlad has a better legacy but I'd favor Vitali in the fight. I can't really even say why nor would I argue with someone about it. I just feel that Vitali is the better fighter.
