Knockout artist Edwin Rosario or Pernell Whitaker?

Would Pernell administer a Redrooster-type schooling or does Rosario turn it around with one sudden right cross to pull off a miracle upset?

Pernell Whitaker would more than likely pull out the easy coasting UD.
But "Chapo" did have that Punching power that could change any fight and fighting style "Ask Camacho"..lol.
Pea would prob do what Hector did, only cleaner & more decisive.

If he fought like Rooster debates, we'd be in the midst of a huge upset, likely Pea getting KO'd after 1 or 2.

If he fought like Pea usually fights, he'd give Rosario a boxing lesson, wouldn't be particularly competitive really.

just like all those whitakers close fights on the cards werent competitive, they were just corrupt judges trying to screw pernell out of his glory! right?

I'm inclined to go with Pea, as he just seemed more consistent. Although, an Edwin bomb just might make things interesting......

Whitaker too difficult to hit. But Rosario would have long shot puncher's chance.

Whitaker would not have as many problems with Rosario as Camacho did, because he is not the athlete Camacho was.

What I mean by that is that Camacho was an athlete first, technician second. Whitaker was the opposite. Camacho was used to having faster hands, used to being able to beat his opponent to the punch, and used to that being enough.

That happens with a lot of fighters. Shane Mosley often tries to out athlete his opponents. That was part of his undoing against Forrest and Wright. Same with Roy Jones and Antonio Tarver.

Whitaker would school Rosario in the 9-3, 10-2, in terms of rounds margin.
